Cognitive Behavioral Psychotherapy

It is a structured, short-term, patient-oriented method suitable for adults and children, group or individual therapies, with a practical approach to problem-solving. Cognitive behavioral therapy focuses on the complex relationship among emotions, thoughts, and attitudes that are at the basis of our problems.


The Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction program (MBSR) is a scientific approach developed by Jon Kabat Zinn at the University of Massachusetts Medical School-Center for Mindfulness. The MBSR program includes 8 weekly sessions; generally, group therapy is proposed, but individual sessions can be organized on request.
